Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Auxtoria application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users including parents, guardians, educators, and creators.
Use of the Platform
Auxtoria is intended for use by children aged 5 to 13 under the supervision and management of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate information when creating accounts, to maintain the security of your login credentials, to use the platform only for its intended purpose, and not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws.
Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
As a parent or guardian, you are responsible for managing your child's account and profile, monitoring your child's use of the platform, ensuring your child uses Auxtoria appropriately, and keeping your account credentials secure. You acknowledge that children must be supervised and that Auxtoria is not a substitute for parental involvement.
Creator Terms
If you use Auxtoria as a content creator, you agree that all content you submit is your original work or you have the rights to use it, your content complies with our content guidelines, you grant Auxtoria a licence to display and distribute your content on the platform, and you will receive revenue share as outlined in the Creator Agreement available at creator.auxtoria.com.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Auxtoria platform, including stories, games, videos, and learning materials, is owned by Auxtoria Limited or its licensed creators. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. User-generated content created through Auxtoria tools remains the property of the creator.
Subscription and Payments
Auxtoria is currently free during our Early Access phase. When paid plans are introduced, we will notify all users in advance. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for unused premium subscriptions. Institutional licensing terms are outlined in separate agreements.
Content Standards
All content on Auxtoria must meet our values-alignment standards. Content that promotes violence, inappropriate language, sexual content, or content contrary to positive values will be removed. Creators who repeatedly violate content standards may have their accounts suspended.
Limitation of Liability
Auxtoria Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Nigeria or through mutually agreed arbitration.
